Services offered include a continuum of substance use disorder programming, mental health services, child & adolescent care, integrated medical services, re-entry case management, recovery housing, community based prevention and foster care recruitment and retention. Services are provided by certified counselors and licensed professionals across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Great Lakes Recovery Centers, Inc. is a non-profit non-denominational, 501 (c)(3) organization. GLRC is licensed as a substance use disorder treatment facility by the State of Michigan and accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant. GLRC actively protects the confidentiality and privacy of clients. GLRC recovery residences are MARR (Michigan Association of Recovery Residences, Inc.) and NARR (National Alliance for Recovery Residences) certified.
Funding comes from a variety of sources, including fee for service, grants, and donations. GLRC is a partner agency with the United Ways of Marquette County and the United Way of the EUP.
